AVONDALE RENOVATION

We recently took on the challenge of renovating a house that was purchased 'as is where is', requiring a complete overhaul of both the interior and exterior on a budget. Our skilled team got to work, first levelling the foundations and making necessary repairs to the roof. We then focused on updating the kitchen and bathroom, carefully selecting finishes and fixtures that would modernize the space without breaking the bank. To add functionality and value to the property, we poured a new garage floor slab, ensuring the space was both safe and functional. With minor landscaping to finish, the home was ready to hit the market and attract potential buyers.
