Added Value

The time frame was critical as if the restaurant was not able to apply for its license by a certain date it would not be able to reapply for another six weeks, missing the Christmas trade. SUMMIT worked with Shears and Mac, commencing on site prior drawings being finalised. Timing and budget meant changes needed to be made on the fly and the team worked hard to ensure the final product was not compromised.
