Having completed the conversion of the former consultants office into 64 two and three bedroom apartments SUMMIT stay in touch with the body corporate and undertake maintenance works as required. Andrew headed the team to convert this building as owner and director of a former construction company. The Building was stripped back to the concrete skeleton and two 50m2 openings cut into each floor to create a new atrium. New openings were cut to access steel cantilevered decks added to the exterior of the building and new window joinery installed. Two penthouse units were constructed on the roof and a 100m2 glazed roof installed over the atrium. The building underwent a full fit-out to form the new two and three bedroom apartments.
